Whilst it helps us for you to send your instruments in for service
fully charged please ensure they are switched off in transit or
they are liable to be "inspected" by robots used by the
security forces, which may cause damage.
There is no need to send us your calibration gas or regulator, but it may help diagnosis of battery problems if you include the charger
